The call for the Emerging City Festival "Emerging Experience - Rock Culture" presented by the Ministry of Culture of the City is a great opportunity for 50 bands or soloists from all over the country. Let them make their talent known and enjoy a unique possibility. Train virtually with great artists and music professionals. In addition, 12 of them will be able to play on stages in the City during 2021 and in the next edition of the Festival.

To register, each band or soloist must submit between one and three music videos (preferably performing live) and complete this form. 48 of them will be pre-selected by a jury , made up of referents of Argentine music, and 2 will be chosen through an online platform where fans can vote for their favorites.

The 50 bands that are selected will receive $ 20,000 and will be able to live the Emergent Experience during the last months of 2020. A meeting point with leaders from the music scene, who will provide training on different topics such as. Social networks, styling, digital distribution, legal advice, among others.
