More than fifty museums across the country will light their facades this Friday at 8 p.m. as the starting signal of the #LosMuseosIluminan festival, which will include virtual and outdoor activities promoted from Buenos Aires throughout the weekend.

Still behind closed doors due to the quarantine, with this action organized by the brand new Argentine Network of Museums and Art Spaces (RAME) they will try to transmit "the essential and fundamental contribution of art for the expansion of public space and for the reconstruction of social ties " in the middle of the pandemic.

This morning Fernán Quirós already gave them good news. He said that they will ask the National Government to allow the opening of museums that comply with health protocols.
