New measures as of August 18

As of Wednesday, August 18, new measures were implemented that make the restrictions due to Covid-19 more flexible.

The restaurants and bars in Buenos Aires may open until 1 in the morning and the capacity is extended to 70%. This measure also covers tourist and recreational activities, especially cinemas and theaters.

With no restricted circulation hours, 11 subway stations will be opened. They will be enabled: Rio de Janeiro and Piedras (Line A); Tronador and Echeverría (Line B); Moreno and San Juan (Line C); Belgrano and Catalinas (Line E); and Córdoba and Inclán (Line H). Lines C and H will be fully operational.
