Picadero Theater

San Nicolás
The Picadero Theater (also known as "El Picadero"), was a theater in the city of Buenos Aires that emerged at the beginning of the 1980s and was known as the venue of Teatro Abierto, a cycle that faced the military dictatorship that governed at that time and that in revenge destroyed it with an attack in 1981.

After various uses and remaining abandoned for a long time, it was reopened as a theater with the name of "Teatro Picadero", in 2012.

It is located in the Santos Discépolo passage, n ° 1857, in the heart of Buenos Aires.
