SAGARDI
The best way to experience the authentic Basque culinary culture in Buenos Aires, specifically in the San Telmo neighborhood. Its more than 60 hot and cold pintxos are worthy of devotion. The mechanism is self-service: you go to the bar, serve yourself the pintxo you like the most, then put the toothpick away and before leaving the waiter charges you according to the number that has been consumed.
