Hotel 725 Continental

San Nicolás

Located in Diagonal Norte for 80 years, Hotel 725 is a historic building and an emblem of Buenos Aires for its architecture and antiquity. It was designed in 1927 by the famous Argentine painter and architect Alejandro Bustillo. Between Avenida Sáenz Peña and Maipú and Teniente General Perón streets, it occupies a triangular block.

Its beautiful façade still preserves the classic French style, while the interior was totally modernized by the renowned Urgell-Penedo-Urgell studio in 2005.

Its exterior takes elements of neoclassical architecture, such as the immense columns that extend along three floors.

It has 192 rooms and suites, all very bright and fully equipped for the best comfort. The simplest rooms have a minibar, television, safe, reading chair and, depending on your style, amenities such as a private Jacuzzi, work table, meeting room and dressing gowns and slippers. The services depend on the type of room: Superior, Executive, 725, Suite Diagonal and Continental.

The hotel has a fitness center and a heated pool with great views. The panorama can also be enjoyed from the large terrace, an ideal place to have a drink at the bar, visit the solarium or relax in the spa with sauna and the best massages.

With a fresh and elegant decoration, the Restó Cetrino offers an American buffet to start the day with a lot of energy and dishes inspired by Italian and Argentine cuisine that can be enjoyed in the evenings, accompanied by a select wine list.

Its excellent location invites you to enjoy the excellent cultural offer that the mythical Corrientes avenue offers with its theaters, illuminated billboards, famous pizzerias, bookstores and notable cafes, and to walk down Florida Street to choose clothing, footwear, accessories and gifts to take home from. memory.
