Helados Búffala was born from the personal passion of an ice cream lover in search of the perfect flavor, elaborating it with 100% natural and premium quality products, capable of producing fun and pleasure in those who try it.

That is why they undertook a trip to Italy, a country recognized worldwide and historically for its ice cream and where the Gelato World Championship takes place. After long tours of the most prestigious ice cream parlors and tastings they gave us the flavor they were looking for.

The name was chosen from the buffalo. The ice creams are made with cow's milk and buffalo milk.
