El Recoleta surprises you day by day with activities to do in this mandatory quarantine . From having vegetarian recipes for cooking, physical training, cultural proposals and yoga.

Kitchen with Sofi:

A vegetarian recipe notebook built collaboratively among all of us who make up the large community of the Recoleta Cultural Center. Rich, cheap and easy recipes to have on hand at noon and at night, if we run out of ideas.

They share two recipes daily, at 12 am and 8 pm, from Monday to Sunday at @elrecoleta .

Physical training x Clara:

An exercise routine designed for those who do not necessarily train every day but at the moment feel like doing it. It is made up of 50-minute daily meetings that propose a real space to connect with our bodies without rushing and without pause.

The routine is proposed at 10 am from Monday to Sunday in the account ( @elrecoleta ).

Reco x The Reco:

A daily cultural or artistic proposal as a suggestion to inspire, reflect and imagine.
We share the proposal of the day at 5 pm, from Monday to Sunday in the account ( @elrecoleta ).

Yoga x Cynthia:

A yoga routine designed for those who do not necessarily practice the discipline every day but at the moment feel like doing it.

It is made up of 60-minute daily meetings that propose a real space to exercise the mind and body through breathing and movement.

The routine is proposed at 7 pm from Monday to Sunday in the account ( @elrecoleta ).
