Sometimes it appears as an activity to disconnect from routine. Other times, as a form of expression. And in some cases, what began as a pastime ends up becoming a personal project or even a job opportunity.
From September 18 to 20, ExpoHobby brings these worlds together at the Pabellón Ocre of La Rural. For three days, brands, specialists, artists, artisans and entrepreneurs share techniques, products, materials and ideas with a community united by one thing: the desire to create.
Watching is fine. Doing is even better
One of ExpoHobby’s particularities is that much of the experience happens in action.
The program includes workshops, live demonstrations, talks and activities where you can approach different techniques, observe how specialists work and discover materials or tools.
No need to arrive as an expert.
The fair can work the other way around: walk through the stands until something sparks curiosity. An unknown technique, a material never used, or an activity always wanted to try.
This spirit of discovery makes the visit different. It’s not only about buying supplies: it’s also an opportunity to take home an idea and start experimenting later at home.
An edition to celebrate
The 39th edition is especially dedicated to festivities and decoration, a universe that combines creativity, design, pastry and craftsmanship.
There will be proposals related to festive decoration, sweet tables, handmade gifts and new supplies, at a time of year when many entrepreneurs begin preparing their productions for Christmas and year-end celebrations.
Papers, colors, textures, molds, tools, materials and finished objects thus build a kind of large creative laboratory.
For entrepreneurs, it can also be an opportunity to discover trends, suppliers and new possibilities for their products.

Masterclasses are another focus of this edition.
