From August 26 to 30 , the Ministry of Culture of the City Government presents a new edition of the BA Tango World Festival and World Championship and the traditional Tango World Championship, for this it invites dancers, musicians and singers who wish to participate in this special edition .

Registration for the Dance World Cup and two calls for the Festival are now open: the First National Contest of Tango Music Videos and the National Contest "Cantá en el Festival".

In this 2020 edition of the World Dance competition, dancers (alone or cohabiting couples) from all over the world will be able to participate. There will be two categories: Track Tango Style and Stage Tango Style . To sign up, they will need to submit a video dancing at home. Then, a committee will make a preselection and those chosen will go to the Final, where the champion (s) will be chosen by the public. On the other hand, for the First National Championship of Tango Videoclips, groups and soloists of the genre may send a video clip, already filmed or produced for the contest. Cantá en el Festival is already a TANGO BA classic and could not be absent from this edition. This year, the Festival invites tango singers and singers of any age and from anywhere in the country to sing from home for everyone. A cappella, with track, with instruments.
