The circuit will be completely closed to traffic and will run along highways and major avenues, offering unique views of Buenos Aires from the saddle. Thousands of cyclists, spectators, and volunteers will take part in this day that celebrates sport, sustainable mobility, and a spirit of solidarity.
Participants will have timing chips, hydration stations, and medical and mechanical assistance throughout the route.
Before the starting signal
The experience begins on Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12 at Parque Sarmiento, with sports, cultural, and social activities. Accreditation will take place there, along with the Expo Bici + Mobility featuring industry leaders, and the “Mini Fondo,” a race designed for children ages 5 to 13 on the park’s new cycling track.
Solidarity ride
All proceeds from the sale of the official Gran Fondo Argentina jersey will go toward the “Argentine Cycling Schools” project, which aims to promote cycling as an educational tool in Barrio 31 of Retiro through the creation of a cycling school.
