La Baita

Palermo

For some years now, La Baita has conquered the corner of Thames and Honduras, through restored original marbles and pinetrees, and set with Leonardo Da Vinci's essays. In addition, Italian music accompanies our being, and a screen offers the best international concerts.

There the kitchen is totally Italian, with fusions that are accepted in the peninsula.
Through high-quality products (such as the mortadela of pure pork with pistacchio, raw ham and dried pasta) there are presentations such as steak loin, lamb, salmon ravioli, parmesan cheese crepes, lasagna from the garden and Pharaoh's risotto.
All this inside an illuminated room, with wooden furniture and with the possibility of finishing our experience by the hand of a large tiramisu or the philo mass tower with red fruits.
