Neighborhood Fairs in the City

The head of the Buenos Aires Government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, explained how the neighborhood fairs will work, within the new quarantine schedule. 27 fairs will reopen, out of a total of 39, distributed 7 days a week. They are those exclusive fairs supplying primary products.

Each fair will have unique entrances at its ends. Once the maximum capacity of people who can be inside the fair has been reached, the residents must wait at the entrance respecting social distancing. As neighbors retire, new ones will enter.

There will be a new minimum distance of approximately 5 meters between the fairground stands . The fairs will be completely located on the street to avoid occupying a place on the sidewalks that are reserved exclusively for pedestrians to keep their distance. There will be traffic cuts and detours for the installation and operation of each fair.
