Plaza Liniers was opened in 1990 and is located in one of the busiest areas of people in the City of Buenos Aires. Rivadavia, José León Suarez, Col. Ramón Falcón and Montiel).

It is located in front of the station of Liniers, one of the stations with greater traffic of passengers of the Sarmiento Line, through which circulate almost 100 million passengers a year.
