At the restaurant A Mi Manera you will find a team committed to the cordiality of the service, along with a traditional cuisine, with a Mediterranean influence and signature dishes with gourmet touches. One of its premises is housed in the neighborhood of Villa Del Parque, where it presents a sober and modern lounge, and a pleasant decoration, which does not saturate the senses. There shines the white of its walls and tablecloths, which combine with the black of the furniture. To emphasize, in addition to the traditional sectors of tables and chairs, we find spaces with backrest on the sides, ideal for greater privacy. As for its cuisine, the menu lets you see different presentations such as spinach and pomodoro donuts; Spinach gnocchi soufflé in filet, cream and pesto sauce; the chicken and vegetable cannelloni; risotto with parmesan cream with arugula; the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with reduction of marsala and port wine, fine herbs and accompanied by sweet potato fries; the eye of steak with sauce of dried tomatoes, crispy ham and rustic potatoes; or the sole in filet sautéed with olive, garlic, lemon, vinegar, accompanied by potatoes to the natural one.
