They say that over the years everything gets better, and Azul Profundo is a sample of it.

It was born in 1997 with the aim of offering a different experience worrying about gastronomy, attention and ambience.

In the Retiro area, Azul Profundo takes us to Japanese cuisine in intimate and quiet spaces surrounded by lots of blue.

There, they live a wide variety of combinations and boats (salmon, prawns, white fish and octopus), dishes such as loin medallion with rosti potatoes or saffron risotto with seafood.

For dessert, the cheesecake leaves a pleasant sensation without falling into abundance or heaviness.

A restaurant that is already a classic, and like all classic, there is always desire to play it again.
