From tender hamburgers and special toasted sandwiches to a scrumptious laing or a delicate Berliner for dessert, Bluedog is more than just a brewery. It is a cheerful, warm and aesthetic place that invites you to spend a fun time with friends or as a couple and enjoy the wide variety of craft beer and grill dishes.

The history of BlueDog began when Lucas and Boris, two of the founders, met in college and started making craft beer together, back in the year 2000. While looking for beer information for this project (which would later earn them an award) ), they learned the story of Blue: a retired brewer from a town in England called Sheffield who enjoyed his free time browsing the bars where they offered the best beers. In his wanderings, he was always accompanied by an unconditional friend, his dog, who waited patiently for him at the door of each bar while Blue delighted his palate with the best beers in the region. This is how Blue's dog became an emblem: all the inhabitants of the city, when they saw him sitting in the doorway of a bar, knew that the finest beers in England could be found there. That is why the name of this bar is inspired by Blue and his dog: because it brings together the best beers in the country in one place.

Today Lucas is one of the most recognized brewmasters in Argentina and an international beer tasting judge. It is he who chooses the beers offered at Bluedog, which are, without a doubt, the selected craft beers from Argentina.
