Some presentations that are born in Catrina's kitchen are the taco "César"; the succulent croque madame; the nachos with different varieties of sauces; the classic fondue; the lamb enchiladas; duck magret salad with sprouts; or the original burrito Boeuf Bourguignon. There is also excellent pastry for mornings and afternoons. And sweet temptations for the end like the creme bruleé or the margarita cream.
