In the heart of Palermo Soho, installed in an old mansion, this original pizzeria with a hydroponic garden on the terrace and a dark chocolate factory in the front has some tables in the entrance patio for when the weather invites you to sit outside; that is, almost all year round.



Its style, simple and cool, with slight Scandinavian touches, such as wood in natural tones, has a large communal table that invites you to socialize, a few individual tables and a very long bar from where you can see the pizzerias in action next to the famous Acunto oven, the protagonist of the place, which is heated to 350 degrees to enable rapid cooking, so necessary in the preparation of Roman pizza, which is characterized by its thin and crunchy dough, with almost no edges. The oven arrived in Buenos Aires by boat from the Acunto factory in Naples, where the experience of four generations makes each oven unique. 



At Cosi mi Piace the wine list offers delicious flavors at affordable prices and the ingredients are chosen with great care. They usually come from their own garden and from local producers who meet the demanding requirements of the dishes: capers from La Chacrita, bresaola from La Filiberta, patagonzola from Ventimiglia or mozzarella fior de latte from Arrivata. The only imported products are those with an extra quality, such as 6-month-old parma prosciutto, Granna Padano cheeses, perita tomatoes for sauces or Italian Divella flour.



How to start? with a real Parma ham washed down with a glass of Pinot Grigio. There are many specialties: the aubergine pizza, the Nutella pizza, the "Carbonara e patate" with mozzarella fiordelatte, baked potatoes, egg, bacon and pecorino; the “Il placido” with mozzarella fiordelatte, onion, red bell pepper, roast and black olives; the “Voglio cotto” with mozzarella fiordelatte, natural ham, Granna Padano cheese, dried tomatoes and basil or also the “The 4 forks” mozzarella fiordelatte, brie cheese, Roquefort cheese, provolone cheese and fresh oregano.
