Cuervo Café

Palermo
In this small and cozy space, which used to be an old house with high ceilings and iron doors, Cuervo Café works: the temple of lovers of good coffee and brunch. His living room has small round wooden tables, lamps that hang from the ceiling and a large bar from where you can see the baristas in action. At one end there is a window with a wooden frame that also serves as a counter to the street to buy coffee from the sidewalk.

The Chemex, AeroPress and V60 add style to the decoration and are the protagonists, since they are used to make filtered coffee. But the blends are not far behind: the specialty of the house is the Colombian and the most acclaimed, the Espresso Julep, a drink made with an espresso reduction that is baked with a little sugar, to which water is added. tonic, Cinzano Rosso and mint. Ideal for any climate and preferred in summer afternoons.

The gastronomy accompanies perfectly, with great pastry options such as puddings, croissants and brownies, among other delicacies that include, of course, vegan options. There are also savory options, such as the avocado tostón, the turkey sandwich or the cheese scon.
