It is very quaint in style and huge in size, with three floors accessed by marble stairs. On the first floor there is a spacious common kitchen, a lounge, a bar open to the public and rooms with private bathrooms that surround the cozy internal courtyards. On the second and third floors are the other rooms, which offer different amenities, such as a balcony overlooking the street or a window to the interior for greater tranquility. Some rooms have refrigerator, electric oven, TV and refrigerator for long stays. In addition, it has 20 shared accommodations with multiple beds, a shared bathroom, access through exterior corridors and a safe and free toiletries. The rooms have a furnished patio and a separate living room.
