In the heart of San Telmo, La Ventana Barrio de Tango opened its doors to the world in 1982. This historic tenement completely restored is a classic tour of Buenos Aires culture through the ages. The interiors, which preserve the purest of the building, are the ideal setting for a unique proposal with 32 artists on stage: two tango orchestras, a set of folk music, dancers and singers. It has five rooms: "Del Virrey" (for dinner show), "Del Aljibe" (for lunches); "Santo Domingo" (barbecue for private events); "Julie" (for wine tasting); and "Gala" (for events).

As for the menu, the proposal includes international and typical dishes from our country, with the traditional charcoal grill and an extensive wine cellar. There are dishes such as bife de chorizo of 350 grs. with potatoes; the entraña of special cut with potatoes to the oven to the fine grasses; the bondiola stuffed with plum with mustard and honey sauce, accompanied by sweet potato puree with orange and thyme; or escalopines of loin with pepper with Spanish potatoes, demi glace sauce and peppercorns.
