Mizuki is a prestigious Japanese fusion cuisine chain that arrived in Buenos Aires after the success obtained in Sao Paulo (Brazil). Now the best of sushi can be savored in our country, in one of the most attractive neighborhoods of the city such as Puerto Madero. Mizuki proposes one of the most original versions of Japanese cuisine based on the best sushi and the only Japanese grill in Buenos Aires. The menu was carefully prepared by maestro Ricardo Hirano, sushi chef, with unique ingredient combinations to achieve a special sushi. Hirano incorporated truffled goose foie gras, olive oil with white truffles, truffles, salt flower and other peppers typical of Brazil, to the flavors already known by the Argentines. They also offer alternatives for those who prefer to dispense with seafood: pieces made with the most original compositions of the best seasonal vegetables. And to accompany, a letter of drinks typical of Japan, from varieties of sakes and drinks like the "Japanese Martini". Highlights: lemon shrimp (grilled prawns with fresh lemon) or tuna niguiri with sealed foie gras.
