Elebar

Palermo
Elebar is a space specially designed as a kitchen of flavors.

A tapas bar proposal that maintains a classic line with respect to the environment and combines it with culinary innovation.

Located in the neighborhood of Palermo, it exhibits the warmth that restaurants that pose their hugs on a corner usually offer.

It has an imprint of still life, with old colored siphons looking sideways at a bar that houses a host of varieties of alcoholic beverages, ideal to start the dining experience.

Your kitchen wanders between homemade food and some classic tapas options.

There we can highlight the "Papas Elebar" (with cream cheese and crispy bacon) or the grilled provoleta, as entry options.

Then we can face the tapas (sausages with bacon, boconccino with raw ham, chicken finger with avocado mousse, Provencal squash, lemon and green gizzards, and fried egg potatoes); or advance through the quinoa milanesa au gratin with oriental rice, pumpkin ravioli au gratin to the five cheeses (gruyere, roquefort, pategrás, parmesan and mozarella), or the tenderloin in bacon cream and mashed potatoes with almonds, basil and candied tomatoes.

And to end our pleasant experience, we tempted ourselves with the marquise of chocolate mousse with blackberries.
