Its cuisine is a fusion that combines Greek gastronomy with Mediterranean meals achieving exquisite delicacies.

From his proposal, we can start with the Falafel (made with ground beans, green onion, cilantro and garlic, covered in tahini and lemon sauce). And continue through the Zymarica (green cannelloni stuffed with seafood, gratin on cream smoked salmon and fresh dill). As a dessert, the perlite is the Kalokieri (combination of seasonal fruits with red fruit coulis and ice cream).
