“The reality is that we don't expect big sales with the take away. It is a modality that is not even widely implemented at this time in society. The main way to sell a restaurant-bar is through the lounge, a secondary issue is delivery and take away is just now going to start more, " said Ariel Amoroso, president of the Association of Hotels, Restaurants, Confectioneries and Cafes ( AHRCC).
Despite this situation, some welcome the opening of the takeaway mode. For example, fast food chains are an actor waiting anxiously for this new phase. The business itself is already used to this method.
