With typical dishes, local products and the unmistakable colors of the sister lands, RonConCon is a journey through Latin America located at Beauchef 527, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Caballito. Its true DNA is a menu with a marked Latin identity with strong and tasty flavors. There are no starters or main dishes, but large portions to share with several. The secret of its success is the raw material: organic seasonal vegetables and vegetables, Argentine meats and typical ingredients of regional foods such as fresh llanero cheese, achiote, tamarind, huacatay, Jamaica flower, papelón, habanero peppers, jalapeños, guava and plantains. . Among the most requested are the pork tacos with smoked hot peppers, red onion, coriander and avocado and coffee emulsion accompanied with very spicy refried beans; the osobuco empanadas, the black roast, a typical Venezuelan food, and the vegan option of mixed quinoa activated in coconut milk, a mix of greens, heirloom cherrys, mango, passion fruit dressing and homemade tajin. Everything is designed to be accompanied by an exquisite signature cocktail inspired by Latin American drinks or one of the interesting carefully selected boutique wines. The restaurant's decoration follows the spirit of the proposal: it is an old house with colorful details, an immense hand-painted mural that steals all eyes and a bar made with recycled materials and jungle motifs that are repeated in the cushions of the tables.
