The tradition of the historic restaurant Babieca is now also in the world of grills with its innovative restaurant located in the neighborhood of San Telmo.

It opens its doors on a traditional corner (at the junction of Av. Brasil and Bolívar), where the windows that surround the entire room rest.

Inside, the climate is serene, pleasant, built from ancient details and light modern touches.

As for Babieca Parrilla's cuisine, the menu reveals flavors such as the Babieca provoleta (with cooked ham, dried tomato and roasted mushrooms); crispy sweetbreads; the chorizo steak; the bondiola of pork; the steak eye; the Milanese Babieca (with mozzarella, ham and grilled morrón); the omelette with asparagus, cherry and mozzarella; pork ribs lacquered in barbecue sauce; the loin medallion with cognac and fine herbs with stuffed potato; or the stuffed veal matambre, cooked in mud and with rustic mashed potatoes.
