The gourmand trend that invaded the City of Buenos Aires during the last 20 years covers much more than food. It also came, and perhaps even more strongly, to the bars.

In Palermo, Retiro and Recoleta there are proposals for sophisticated international cocktails. They work the drinks with the same quality as in a bar in London or New York: always attentive to give an original local twist.
For example, there are drinks with mate.

In the porteño bars you can find from fernet to a glass of champagne. There are also winebars with the best strains of Argentine wine and good prices.
