The Baum brewery was born in Mar Del Plata in 2009 and was able to position itself among the best craft beers on the market.

It arrived in Buenos Aires in 2014 and today there are already branches in several neighborhoods. Baum's menu is quite complete and presents a guide to pairings and beer concepts. Its tempting cuisine offers elaborate dishes such as smoked ribs, Porter bondiola and Scottish steak, among others, and the classic beer accompaniments such as sandwiches, pinchos, bruschettas, nachos, fajitas, rabas, potatoes, 12 styles of pizzas, calzones and salads.

All its branches are warm and well set. Good lighting, good music, space, comfort and friendly attention are some of the characteristics for which they are increasingly being chosen.
