Brandon

Palermo

Brandon is a new space that conquers the neighborhood of Palermo through an imposing architecture.

Light colors that contrast with the black of its glazed doors, and a warm sector of tables and chairs on the sidewalk, are the first details that open the senses, prior to the beautiful gastronomic adventure that they propose in its interior.

They present a high-ceilinged, modern lounge, kindly guarded by a long bar that runs along one of its sides and reaches the bottom of the space, where the kitchen is located.

There are several chairs along that bar, traditional tables and chairs, bars scattered to share, and even a second room on the first floor with external view and greater privacy.

The final touch of its environment is granted by the decoration anchored in the enormous cupboard with antique objects and the wooden floor.

In terms of flavors, Brandon proposes street food, market cuisine, wood meats, drinks (in a letter made with Inés de los Santos) and craft beers.

In addition, there is an exquisite sweet and salty proposal for mornings and afternoons.

Some options are the eye of steak with crushed potatoes; the mini pork tacos with BBQ sauce, red onion and cilantro; or homemade cereal bars with almonds, seeds, nuts and oats.
