The Monte Carlo opened its doors in 1922 and over the years did everything possible to preserve the redoubt as if time had not passed. Frequented by illustrious neighbors and visitors, in the beginning they say that it was the favorite place of Che Guevara. They boast of serving some of the largest coffee cups in the city.

It remains in Paraguay 5499, corner Emilio Ravignani, Palermo. It's an old corner cafe dating from 1922.
The proximity to two railway lines plus the Carranza viaduct confused him giving him a halo of mystery and intimacy. That is his secret. His invaluable contribution to the list of coffees that connect with the porteño maintaining the essence.
