Cavia House

Palermo

In an old residence from the beginning of the century - restored and renovated by the English studio Kallos Turin - Casa Cavia opens its doors, in the Palermo neighborhood.

A place where noble pleasures dialogue with each other to invite the most unique experiences.

Books, flowers, perfumes, and a kitchen in which both the pâtisserie and the food are enjoyed as if they were works of art.

Fresh and seasonal products that translate into simple but exquisite dishes.

Lupe García, creative director of the space, summoned new talents from the arts and crafts of Argentina and made them host of the house: Ana Mosqueda y Ampersand, editorial, library and book sale space; Julián Bedel and the aromas of Fueguia 1833; Silvana Grosso and the arrangements of Flores Pasión; Prospero Velazco and his sophisticated pâtisserie; and Pablo Massey and the mastery of his dishes.

This eclectic proposal of combined disciplines turns Casa Cavia into a universe of different and unique experiences.

A space where routine stops to give place to enjoyment, but also to reflection.

Some of the options that you will find are steak tenderloin prepared in pine mushrooms with roasted tomatoes, thyme, golden potatoes and chimichurri criollo; the eye of beef of 300 grs.

with potatoes in two firings with rosemary, leek and Andean pebre; or the fetuccini with tomato sauce, roasted eggplant, fresh oregano and goat cheese.
