Cervelar is a well-known beer shop that offers us a place in the neighborhood of Caballito (the other space is in Belgrano). There they propose to bring together the boom of craft beer through a single space, where we will find more than 120 beers (40 imported, and the rest of national production), from recognized brands such as Antares, Barbaroja, to ventures "of garage "like the Cordoban Waffe. The place offers two floors, with cold chamber in sight and even a beautiful terrace for good weather periods. To accompany, arrive the ribs of smoked pork with reduction of beer or bondiola of braised pork to the black beer; cold casseroles (raw ham, blue cheese, walnut, pine mushrooms with smoked cheese and green olives) or chopped; trout dash with chives; the Cervelar burger; or the typical German pancho with smoked sausage.
