An excellent proposal of Italian cuisine in the neighborhood of Belgrano. But Doppio Zero is even more, because it stands out for a constant search for innovation and originality, retaining its classic roots and an identity that characterizes it. Impeccable dishes with products of very good quality, the equation that gives the best results. Of its gastronomic proposal, the prawns stuffed and the burrata with prosciutto and roasted tomatoes are particularly highlighted (as a starter). From there, the obligation passes to taste the parpadelle; the pink salmon panzottis in a coral sauce or the orechiette in lamb ragut with candied cherry. As always, there is a very good risotto to not miss and presentations based on fresh fish. For the end, the temptation comes with the pistachio semifreddo or the tiramisu.
