We can say that El Cuchitril is a complete restaurant. The bar brings a proposal based on three concepts: the Restaurant, the Bar and the small events. Its warm atmosphere is defined by a modern ground floor that rescues some details of the past and is guarded by an imposing illuminated marble bar and the first floor lounge, which can be accessed by its majestic staircase or by elevator.
From its cuisine with strong Italian and Spanish tendencies, its homemade pastas stand out, such as the Sorrentinos of smoked mozzarella, onions, hydrated dried tomatoes and walnuts, accompanied by a soft cream and fresh basil; also, the Pink Risotto with leeks, whole prawns and Brie cheese.
The dishes can be accompanied by exquisite aperitifs, classic or author; Some that you can not stop trying: Anaretto, La Llave, Elderflower and Sweet Love.
