El Estanciero – Tradition in Meats

Located in the heart of Las Cañitas neighborhood, El Estanciero is a gastronomic proposal based on the tradition of meat, and which also adds an Italian canteen and the benefits of a bar.

Its space is born with a sector of tables and chairs on the sidewalk, ideal for warm days.

Upon entering, we left behind the front windows to find a traditional court room, where bottles rest on the walls and some slates with suggestions.

The capacity is wide, and it is also due to the lounge that El Estanciero has on the top floor, with a large window to the front and a more intimate climate for the meeting around the plate.

Among its flavors, there are options such as the complete provoleta (ham, morrón and tomate); the steak of chorizo Estanciero (with fried potato grid, fried egg and morrón); the matambrito of pork to the pizza; ricotta and mozzarella ravioli with sauce of your choice; or the pork ribs with french fries.

And like sweet temptations, chocolate marquise with ice cream, brownie Estanciero to share or apple pie with ice cream.
