The Federal is a restaurant that specializes in Buenos Aires and author cuisine, located in the Centro / Retiro area of the city of Buenos Aires.

The Federal was born as a proposal by chef Paula Comparatore, whose goal is to offer typical Argentine dishes with a touch of author, ideal to enjoy as a couple or to visit in the company of tourists.

Their specialties are the Patagonian lamb baked in mud with merquen and malbec, or the tasting of repulgos of our land that includes empanada of meat, cheese and humita.

For dessert, try the egg soufflé quimbo with passion fruit syrup and cardamom ice cream, or the Patagonian truffle of white and bitter chocolate with berries.
