Pla Space is born to spread the work of Eduardo Pla (1952-2012), as a tribute to his life and artistic career.

It is a project promoted by the artist's family, with the purpose of keeping his work alive and making available to the public a chronological journey of the work done during his 40-year career.

Eduardo Pla was an innovator in the application of technology in art and had a constant experimentation in tune with the global media, addressing electronic-digital systems as a form of artistic expression.

Espacio Pla seeks to be a point of reference in digital art; a place that encourages the use of technology in art.

Among its aims is the edition of material dedicated to art, the organization of courses and workshops by specialists, and the awarding of an annual prize to the visual arts.
