Foster, the first restaurant without waiters in Latin America

St nicolas

Foster is the first restaurant without porters or cashiers in sight in Latin America. It is in the heart of Buenos Aires, on Tucumán 422, in an old three-story house.

Upon entering the first floor, seven touch screens are available so that any passer-by who is hungry, enter, place your order, pay with debit or credit card and wait in the living room. There, 18 boxes with touch screens are illuminated with the name of the consumer when the order is ready. This whole process does not take more than three minutes.

Its concept is fast and healthy food: seasonal bowls , wraps , soups, natural juices, flavored waters and sweet options that can be enjoyed in a wide table and community bars.

On the second floor there is a wider space, with armchairs to relax, plugs to charge mobile devices and WI-FI connection.
