As for the menu of the place, presentations such as pastrami pancake stand out; tarte tatin; crepe with roquefort, pear and bacon added; the cake with caramelized onions and black olives; the leek pie; the onion and bacon pie; or the sandwich of meat, red onion, arugula and mustard dijon with rustic potatoes. Every day, Franchute makes a proposal of dishes of the day with attractive combinations like Rougail Saucisse (chorizo, tomato, thyme, onion, garlic and ginger, served with a rice drum).
