Furaibo

Center

Furaibo is a Japanese restaurant, which also functions as a tea house and presents cultural activities of the eastern country and live music.

There, the aim is to recreate the world of the ancient temples of Japan and spread the teaching of inner peace, inside an old house in the center of Buenos Aires.

The gastronomic offer spreads the true values of Japanese gastronomy, its flavors, its colors, its aromas and its dishes.

The experience can start with the Gyoza (eight empanadas de nira, bekana, pork and chicken) or the Buta Kimuchi (fetas de carré de cerdo saltado con kimuchi).

As main, the specialties are the Ramen (homemade noodles in a pork bone broth cooked for more than twelve hours) or the Katsu (breaded with meats, seafood or vegetables, each presented with a sauce that enhances its flavor).

Towards the end, we opted for wasabi ice cream.
