In the heart of downtown Buenos Aires, more precisely on the corner of Salta and Rivadavia street, stands one of the most traditional houses of Spanish cuisine in Buenos Aires, where the exquisite variety of typical dishes, such as careful attention through of the waiters and cooks who helped create the place.

The living room presents the typical Spanish decoration, with white tablecloths, mirrors, bottles that are exhibited in the heights, paintings, and some other leg of raw ham that fulfills a role: to begin to whet our appetite.

From its gastronomic proposal, the chef suggests starting with garlic prawns, shrimp brochette or fish and seafood, octopus and shrimp salad or Galician empanada.

Then continue through pink salmon marinated in cocoa, trout with black butter, raviolones capresse or rocket ribbons with seafood.

It also highlights the Lima cause with three varieties of filling: smoked salmon, octopus or shrimp.
