In the neighborhood of Recoleta we are presented with a disturbing proposal of Spanish cuisine, fish and seafood.

This is José Luis, a restaurant with large spaces, with a simple and warm decoration, which seeks to deliver all the protagonism to their dishes within a family atmosphere.

From his gastronomic proposal, he has grown in the mouth to mouth the Galician octopus, one of his best presentations.

Also highlights the seafood barbecue, the Basque bream and the paella.

And there is a perlite: the fabada, a traditional dish that has grown in popularity and is prepared with white beans in slow cooking and with ingredients such as bacon, blood sausage, chorizo, onion and paprika.

And in regards to your dessert menu, the nougat mousse is an unavoidable step on our way out.
