The Fifth – Asian Cuisine

Belgrano

The Fifth is a gastronomic proposal that opens its doors in the neighborhood of Belgrano, where Gonzalo Sacot (from Sucre) and Quique Yafuso (from Haiku) come together to make an experience that combines all the flavors of the Asian continent. Through a strong personality, a character, colors and subtleties, they achieve an extraordinary result: the fifth flavor, the umami experience.
For the setting, Horacio Gallo (of recognized trajectory in other first class restaurants) displays all his style with a mixture of minimalism and avant-garde. In the kitchen of this space you will find yakitoris with embers, dumplings, pork bans, wonton, pad thai, prawn spring rolls, wraps in rice paper or varieties of sushi, all options that take you on a road trip for the most representative flavors of Asia. The Fifth also accompanies with very good cocktails: designed by Pablo Piñata and recreated by Meli Manhattan, it is fresh, modern and aromatic. The Fifth, Asian cuisine offers coffee shop, take away, lunch, happy hour and dinner.
