F4 Esquina

Villa Ortúzar
F4 Esquina is the typical still life style place ideal for the family barbecue on Sundays.

The menu is short and is served with wine from small producers. It is best to start with a bite with a good table of cold cuts and cheeses or achuras, chorizo or smoked sausage. As a main course you can choose the meat according to the cut and garnishes such as potato and egg salads, roasted bell peppers or French fries, but there are also more original options such as grilled leek, cashew nuts and vinaigrette or grilled onions, beets and egg.

The mixture of flavors and some unexpected ingredients add a touch of sophistication to this Argentine classic and a clear example of this is the onion cooked in salt with orange, onion and coconut puree and pickled beet stems with furikake. At noon the menu offers homemade pebete sandwiches with potato chips; cooked and smoked ham with buffalo mozzarella; 'nduja with buffalo mozzarella, bresaola, lemon and mozzarella, schnitzel with peceto pastoil with lettuce and tomato and, of course, also the vegetarian option.

The bread basket is optional and it is recommended to order it. Bring blanched bread (made with cooked whole wheat grain), whole wheat bread with syrup from chañar, cushion (a high-hydration bread) and country biscuit.

For dessert, a classic like the dulce de leche pancake or a sophisticated dish with plums, figs and creamy mascarpone.
