My Wine Collection is a gastronomic proposal behind closed doors that seeks to experience the perfect pairing between gourmet food and boutique wines. There they propose a five-step tour from a menu prepared by the chef of the house, next to the winery chosen for the occasion.
Located in a house from the early twentieth century, in the neighborhood of San Cristóbal (a few steps from San Telmo and one block from the highway), My Collection of Wines makes your experience something new in food, wine and ambience pairing. They have two spaces, one with capacity for thirty people, and where the balcony terrace with plants for those who prefer to go out to smoke stands out; and the other with capacity for twenty people, where it is integrated into the kitchen open concept.
According to the evening, they invite members of the boutique winery to explain their wines to be paired, and share dinner with the diners. Some outstanding options are the bondiola braised to the malbec in four hours, with mushroom cream or the mushroom risotto of the forest.
