The Cortaderas (Palermo)

Palermo

Las Cortaderas is a warm and welcoming restaurant located on Calle Charcas, in the busy neighborhood of Palermo.

Highlighted by the excellent service and abundance of its dishes, it is an ideal place to enjoy good food and good music.

It presents an environment where rustic details predominate, with a very careful lighting and a pleasant protagonism of the wood, both in its furniture and in some of the elements of its decoration.

The kitchen of Las Cortaderas is coordinated since 1997 by the chef Diego Canteros and the sub chef Diego González, who are in charge of proposing an international cuisine, with pastry and meat.

Some options of their menu are the black noodles in Italian sauce with mussel (tomatoes, asparagus and parmesan flakes); Chicken ravioli truffled with mushrooms from the forest in creamy basil sauce and roasted garlic; the entrée to the Polaca (with bacon, mushrooms, cream and chiles, accompanied by fried rustic chips); the loin in cream of red wine and three peppers; or the haddock in clay pot with grilled vegetables.

Las Cortaderas also features jazz and tango shows, with live bands performing.
