The menu explores the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean, with options such as champignón trout; the hake in shrimp cream; black sorrentinos stuffed with sole with shrimp cream; the vegetable lasagna in two sauces; the breasts stuffed with spinach and port salut cheese skimmed with pumpkin puree; the steak of chorizo to the pump with ham, cheese, morrón and potatoes; or the bondiola a la riojana with ham, morrón, peas, fried egg and cane sticks.
