It is located inside one of the luxurious rooms of the prestigious Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires hotel, a sophisticated hotel located in the heart of the traditional Recoleta neighborhood. Entering the Oak Bar lounge is like being transported to another era. It is a multisensory journey that begins even before entering, since from the door you can perceive the aroma of Cuban cigar. The setting is very elegant, with walls covered with carved wooden panels from 1600, original from a Normandy castle that Luis Duhau brought to adorn his study. And on the only uncovered white wall, accompanied only by a French-framed painting, is a fireplace with a carved wooden lintel that matches the patterns on the panels. The intimate and warm lighting matches perfectly with the comfortable black leather Chesterfield chairs and the English green corduroy chairs. The painting is completed by the endless number of alcoholic beverages displayed behind the bar on a huge iron shelf.

Oak Bar is a small, select and luxurious place, ideal for smoking tobacco and drinking rums. But it also offers a tapas menu, original and of the highest level, and signature drinks with seasonal ingredients.
